This setting will force the user to sign in to submit an entry into a contest. If toggled to 'No', anonymous submissions will be allowed.
Enable Cancel Vote
This allows a user to cancel their vote, but it only works when ip, cookie, or user account tracking is enabled.
Vote Tracking
This setting determines how votes are tracked in terms of personally identifiable information when the user is not logged in. You can choose from IP, cookies, email verification, IP + email verification, or user account tracking.
Voting Frequency
This setting allows you to control the users voting frequency limits by day, category, hour, or allow unlimited voting. Think of this in terms of 'X votes per Y time period'.
User Can Vote For
This setting determines how the votes available may be cast. Single means that votes can be cast only for a single contestant. Multiple Exclusive means that votes can not be repetitively cast for a single contestant, rather you must spread your votes out if you have multiple available. Multiple Split means that if you have multiple votes you may choose to cast them all on one contestant, or across several like in multiple exclusive.
The below figure is a table that represents the different possible combinations of settings which determine the structure of how contests work in production. Understand there are multiple ways to achieve the same results. This table is to demonstrate how these concepts could work in practice and therefore includes configurations that may be rare.

Auto Approve Contestants
This setting will allow you to auto approve the contestants when they make a submission.
