Add fields to submit entry tab screenshot

To add your custom fields to submit entry forms on contests:

1. Select the contest from the drop down.

2. Select which field you would like to add to the contest entry form.

3. Drag it over to the right, where you will see the fields that are already applied.

4. Click save.
