Buy Votes Settings

When connecting to PayPal, Stripe, or PayStack, ensure that you have selected the correct mode (LIVE or SANDBOX) in order to accept payments. Sandbox mode should only be used for testing purposes.

Keep in mind that PayPal and Stripe are only available in certain countries, and support may be limited in certain areas.

Select Payment Mode

Here you can set the payment mode to either sandbox for testing, or live for produxtion.

Select Default Payment Gateway

Here you can select from PayPal, Stripe, or Paystack for the payment forms default payment.

Currency select

Select your currency from a large list of many world currencies.

Paypal Merchant Settings

When creating a Client ID in PayPal, make sure to create a LIVE APP to accept payments. Be aware that PayPal defaults to the Sandbox tab during setup, so you will need to switch to the LIVE APP tab before creating API keys.

Enable PayPal for Buy Votes

Turn off or on the PayPal payment gateway for buy votes.

PayPal Client ID - Production

Head to PayPal and create an app to acquire a client ID. Check out our PayPal Client ID in our External How To Guides section. When you have the client ID, enter it here.

Stripe Merchant Settings

When adding the Stripe Secret key, make sure to use the full key without any asterisks or dots. This will prevent errors while connecting to the Stripe Payment Gateway.

Enable Stripe for Buy Votes

Turn off or on the Stripe payment gateway for buy votes.

Secret Key

Head to Stripe and get your secret key. Follow our Stripe Secret Key and Publishable Key if you need assistance. Once you have it you can enter it here.

Publishable Key

Head to Stripe and get your publishable key. Follow our Stripe Secret Key and Publishable Key if you need assistance. Once you have it you can enter it here.

Paystack Merchant Settings

Note: This payment method only supports NGN.

Enable Paystack for Buy Votes

Turn off or on the Paystack payment gateway for buy votes.

Public Key

Head to Paystack and get your public key. Follow our Paystack Public Key if you need assistance. Once you have it you can enter it here.

Coinbase Cryptocurrency Gateway Settings

Note: This payment method has no sandbox mode available.

Webhook URL

This is the webhook URL you will need to enter in coinbase. If you dont know how to do this see our guide to learn how to enter the webhook.

Add your Domain to Whitelist

This is the URL you will need to enter in coinbase. If you dont know how to do this see our guide to learn how to add your domain to the whitelist.

Enable Coinbase for Buy Votes
